Who we are

What we collect
When you send our contact form you give us your name, phone number and, if you choose, your email address, the machine number and your message. When you use the chat assistant we receive what you type. Our web server records basic technical data (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security.
How we use it
To answer you, fix machine problems, help with your account or card, and keep the site secure. We do not sell your personal information.
The chat assistant
The "Ask Jax" chat is powered by YelloPost AI, the artificial-intelligence service provided by our website provider, YelloPost, and its technology partners. Do not type payment card numbers or passwords into the chat. Chat transcripts are kept so we can follow up and improve answers.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies that the site needs to work and, unless you choose Essential only, analytics cookies that tell us which pages help people. You can change this any time with Privacy choices at the bottom of every page.
Spam protection
Our forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Cloudflare processes technical data for that purpose under its own privacy policy.
Payments
Laundry payments are handled by the FasCard app and kiosk (Card Concepts Inc.), not by this website. Their terms and privacy policy apply to your FasCard account.
How long we keep it
We keep messages as long as we need them to help you and for our records, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent us by emailing [email protected].
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
