Jax's Suds Club is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for members. You open the door with the FasCard app or your loyalty card. ### How do I get in the door? Open the FasCard app and scan the QR code on the card reader next to the door (upper right side of the reader). The door unlocks. You need the app or a loyalty card to get in. ### I don't have a smartphone. Can I still use Jax's? Yes. Call (608) 412-4263 (primary) or (507) 470-9439 (secondary) and we'll buzz you in so you can use the kiosk and get a physical loyalty card. ### Do you take quarters? Yes - all machines are coin operated as well. You still need the app or a loyalty card to get in the door. ### How much does a wash cost? Every machine shows its price on its card reader and in the FasCard app - for example, one of our washers' readers shows $6.00. See the [prices page](https://jaxsudsclub.com/prices/). ### Is there a monthly fee? No. Jax's Suds Club is a loyalty membership laundromat with no monthly fees. ### How does the loyalty bonus work? Add money to your account and you get bonus credit instantly: load $5 and get $5.50, load $20 and get $23.50, load $50 and get $60.00. The full table is on the [prices page](https://jaxsudsclub.com/prices/). ### Where is the kiosk and what does it take? The FasCard kiosk is just inside the entrance, to the right. It prints and reloads loyalty cards and takes cash or card. ### Can you mail me a loyalty card? Yes. Email [jaxssudsclublax@gmail.com](mailto:jaxssudsclublax@gmail.com) and we can set up an account for you and mail you your card. ### Do you have big washers for comforters? Yes. Our washers include 4-load and 6-load machines, good for comforters, sleeping bags and other bulky items. Yes. The FasCard app shows which machines are available and the time left on machines in use, so you can check before you leave home. ### Will the app tell me when my laundry is done? Yes. You can get a cycle-done notice in the FasCard app or by email. ### What if a machine isn't working? Call or text (608) 412-4263 and tell us the machine number. La Crosse MTU Route 6 (Northside) serves the North Side; the nearest bus stop, Caledonia & Sill, is about 0.2 mile away. ### Are the door instructions in Spanish? Yes.
